Where I walk

I am based in Long Melford and cover the villages within about five miles. If you are a little further out, ask anyway and I will see what I can do.

Villages I cover

Pick up and drop off at home is included in the price. For group walks I plan the round so no dog spends long in the car.

Walks are always off the roads and in the countryside, with plenty of off lead time for dogs with good recall.

The Stour water meadows. River paths from Long Melford towards Sudbury. Flat, open and good for a paddle in summer.
Melford Country Park. Fields and hedgerows on the edge of the village, with a loop that suits older dogs.
Kentwell and Lavenham footpaths. Quiet tracks through farmland, best for long walks with the energetic ones.
Woodland loops near Glemsford and Cavendish. Shade in summer and a bit of shelter when it is wet.

Routes change with the seasons, the weather and who is on the walk. Everyone is on a lead near livestock and roads.

If you are just outside the area, get in touch anyway. It often works, especially for regular slots.
