What I collect through this website

When you use the enquiry form on the contact page, I receive your name, the phone number or email address you give, anything you tell me about your dog and your message. The form is handled by Web3Forms, which passes the message to my email inbox and does not keep it for its own use.

This site does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. The map on the areas page is embedded from Google Maps, which may set its own cookies when it loads.

What I use it for

Only to reply to you and, if you become a customer, to arrange and carry out walks. I do not send newsletters or marketing.

Who I share it with

Nobody, except where I need to in order to look after your dog (for example your vet in an emergency) or where the law requires it. I do not sell or pass on your details.

How long I keep it

If you enquire and do not go ahead, I delete your message within a few months. If you become a customer, I keep your details while we work together and delete them within 12 months of the agreement ending, unless I need to keep something for legal or accounting reasons.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you at any time. Email yaz@chasingtailswalking.co.uk and I will sort it out.
